Hi, I am Nisha Barot - a senior operations leader, capital connector, and strategic advisor passionate about bridging strategy, execution and capital across organisations and the broader startup and investment ecosystem.
With over a decade of international experience across financial services, consulting and asset management, I have held Chief of Staff and senior operational leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Capgemini, Meridiam and Imperial College London - supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams across EMEA, North America and APAC.
My work sits at the intersection of executive operations, governance and strategic program delivery, where I help organisations move faster, operate with clarity and execute with discipline.
Alongside my corporate background, I work closely with founders and investors - connecting early-stage companies with the right capital, advising on operational strategy and growth, and partnering with VC funds and investment firms as a trusted operational and strategic partner.
